- Liebe Anta cannot be held responsible for client dissatisfaction with the services or items provided by a third party.
- All rates are subject to change without a notice
- Payment is requested before or at the time services are rendered.
- Liebe Anta does not offer medical recommendations for people or pets as part of its service due to liability issues.
- Liebe Anta reserves the right to restrict the size, weight and value of transported items.
- Liebe Anta cannot guarantee availability of all items when shopping.
- Written agreements must be signed before services are provided.
- Liebe Anta will not do any work on clients behalf that is illegal or unethical at the local or country level or that would put her or her business in danger or cause Liebe Anta to be liable for damages if services were to continue in such request including unsafe conditions.
- Liebe Anta reserves the right to refuse a request of service that is outside the scope of its services, however it will offer help to locate services for clients of requests.
- All services requests are encouraged to give a 24 hour notice.
- Cancellations are to be made via phone with a 24 hour notice. If there is not a 24 hour notice given, client will be charged for their time scheduled.
- Fees are assessed at the minimum 1 hour rate and in 15 minute increments there after. Time is a factor in all service charges including : waiting time, traffic and unforeseen emergencies. Liebe Anta is not responsible for any charges or late fees incurred by the client.
- Liebe Anta will maintain confidentially about clients personal information and service. Client’s information will no be sold to any third parties. Vendors will be provided only with information required to complete specific requests.
- An additional 10€ per hour will be charged for service requests with a four hour notice or less. An additional 15€ per jour will be charged for service requests with a two hour notice or less.
